I'm surprised by some of the bad reviews about astronaut bedding. I think the seal looks out of this world. It really draws attention and looks amazing in my son's space themed room. The print is one sided and I think that's fine, although a blue or galaxy print might be better compared to a lighter color on the other side. I use it without the insert and just cut it or use some fancy tape so the light side isn't visible. Another complaint about this duvet set is that it is too flimsy. Please note this listing is for duvet covers only and has a zip closure so a duvet cover can be added. I find that most duvet covers are pretty thin and I know you can get inserts made out of down or other materials which should add a warmth factor if needed. The bedding is made of a comfortable, silky material, which I really like. I would say that this duvet cover is only slightly heavier than a regular sheet. Since we live in Florida and my son sleeps warm, I plan on using a duvet without an insert. This makes getting out of bed a lot less of a hassle at night and also makes it easier for my 7 year old to pull on the duvet to make his bed. I'm not a big fan of making my bed every day, but my son's bed is a mess with 25 stuffed animals, a bed rail, and different sheets and blankets. As you can see from the picture, simply pulling up this blanket makes his bed less messy. I think that the bold font conceals the small cuddly toys underneath well (see picture). It should be noted that if you make the bed like the photo in the listing, the legs will hang down from the edge of the bed and even part of the legs. This actually makes the effect a bit more three dimensional, but I have a toy box at the foot of the bed to hide the design a bit. Some reviews complain that you only get one pillowcase. This is what is listed for twins but I ordered the full set and received two pillowcases. Now that I only use one on the bed it's nice to have an extra one. In terms of cost I think it's good value compared to a similar Snurk bedding set which is over twice the price. . I first came across this set while looking for space themed room ideas, but I was looking for alternatives because the background of these bedding is only white. The galactic backdrop of this bedding matches the colors in my son's room better and is way cooler in my opinion. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend the Erosebridal Astronaut Space Suit Bedding.
