Review on J Henckels 3 Inch Carbon Stainless Steel by Melissa Parker

I bought one of these in the late 80's while trying to improve and modernize my kitchen. I've been using it daily for decades and I'm completely satisfied with its performance. A few years ago, he disappeared one summer after a series of parties. After sharing my dismay at the loss of this knife, my wife bought another, but not this particular model. I continued to miss the quality, design and handling of this particular model. So I finally decided to order a replacement for the one I lost a few years ago. I love this knife. It turns out perfectly sharp, fine-tuning is not required. Can be processed perfectly. It fits my hand perfectly and the blade shape is perfect for trimming, scraping, cleaning and even light slicing. I use this every day. And I'm glad he's reappeared in my kitchen.
