Good gel system if you travel with flash. Velcro straps stick to your flash whether you carry it in your camera bag or take it out of your pockets or bags. Try this with gum based gels, you will lose real gel all the time. The quality of the product is acceptable but not amazing: I use about 10 of these gels and on some the Velcro gel holder is falling apart a bit. But hey, they're cheap - I'm not disappointed. Easy to replace. The velcro on the flash is good, none have come off the flash. One thing to keep in mind when using the flash at full power for multiple shots: the plastic of the gel holder can start to burn, don't tighten it too close to the surface of the flash which can be quite hot. Remember that the Velcro will permanently attach to your flash. I think taking them off after a while will be some serious Goo Gone work. I don't care as I use some cheap YN560 IV flashes and have no intention of stopping using this gel system. So if you mainly work in a studio where your flashes tend to be stationary, you might want to use rubber based gels. If you work on events, use them. Easy to apply on the go, the gel won't detach from the flash in your camera bag, and it's easy to remove from the flash by simply "storing" it with velcro (no gel covering the flash area).
