My original arm lasted two years before it could no longer handle an incline. I've been using an ASUS PG278Q (15.4lbs) with it most of the time and recently upgraded to a Samsung G7 32in about a month ago which actually weighs less at 14.3lbs. Last week my arm started to sag. I tried tightening the incline hex screw but it was so tight it felt like I would break the lever or hex wrench if I tried to tighten it any further. In the two years that the lever worked, it worked well. I haven't had any other issue with it, other than that there seemed to be a lot of play in the rotating hinge, which was a minor annoyance at worst. However, I find it odd that this mount is advertised as working with monitors up to 19.8 Pound works when my 14.3 lb monitor needs to be tightened with the tilt screw so much that it almost hurts my hand to tighten it further to prevent it from falling off. all desktop monitors; I don't think they're necessarily lying about the specs, but if my arm only lasted two years with a 15.4lb monitor, I doubt it'll last very long with a 19.8lb monitor would hold. I would recommend this arm with the caveat that you shouldn't expect it to last much longer than the warranty period.
