Excellent quality, quantity and price.
All you have to do is cut the foil off a wine bottle to get at the cork. Simple technology, simple design and solid quality is good. Three packs in a cellophane wrapper cost about $5, so the price is good. I didn't really need more than one, but the other bands were like $5 for one. The reviews were good so why not get 3? I have no idea what the stars mean for "stretch" unless it has to do with how far the cutter opens, which is more than enough for every bottle of wine we opened, which is why I gave it to him gave 5 stars.
