These scissors meet all my kitchen needs and would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the clasps. The clasp on the large scissors is very tight and requires both hands to open. With the smaller scissors, which in terms of design and use are perfect for use in the kitchen in every respect, the clasp keeps falling out. It fell off the first time I used the scissors. I put it back but it keeps falling - even in the drawer. At that point I gave up even trying to put the lock back together and left these very sharp pointy scissors lying open in my kitchen drawer, waiting to stab myself whenever I put out my hand. Too bad as there are no locks which makes these scissors really cool!
