Review on 🎒 Stylish S-ZONE Vintage Canvas Messenger Bag: Ideal Shoulder Bag & Briefcase for School with 14 Inch Laptop Compartment by Britney Matthews

[EDIT: I was sent a replacement bag free of charge and have since improved my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars thanks to excellent customer service. No problems exchanging the bag so far.] I've had this bag for three months now and have mixed feelings. I particularly like the format of the pockets (especially the ones with pen loops) and the two outer side pockets that I use for a thermos and an umbrella. Overall it looks appealing, the design and layout meets my needs, but the quality of materials and workmanship is unsatisfactory in my opinion. In general, I would warn those who are going to buy for themselves. When I received the bag, I noticed that the lining of the bag on the outside of the flap was not sewn on one side, allowing small items to get lost between the bag lining and the canvas outside of the bag. For me it didn't really matter since I used this bag for large items (paperbacks, tissue paper bags, etc.). However, the bag is now starting to deteriorate after three months of use. One of the magnetic clasps is tearing out of the fabric (photo attached) and I suspect the other will soon come loose as well. This is a disappointing weak point, I don't think I was particularly rough on the bag. On the plus side, everything else seems to be holding up well enough.
