About a year ago we bought two of these knives to replace our old Victorinox and Forschner knives that have been in our kitchen for over twenty years and now also have become difficult to use. Sharpen sharp enough for long-term daily use. Both my wife and I think the design and weighted balance are excellent. These knives have proven to be durable and retain their sharpness for a long time. They are used every day and only now need to be properly sharpened. I was so impressed with the overall performance in the first month that I ended up buying an 8" chef's knife and then a 7" cleaver from the same line. I would recommend this Comfort Pro range to anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen slicing/slicing/dicing at the chopping board. These knives cost three times as much! We are happy to support this family business.
