I bought it in December 2015 and used it continuously for a month and then lost motivation. After about six weeks I tried to start again and found the battery was dead. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly asking me to fill out a form and return the product. I received the replacement within a week and it came with some very useful improvements and updates. The bracelet holds the device more securely, and the firmware update makes the whole process more functional and understandable. I really enjoyed having him back and now I have renewed motivation to continue my fitness journey.
