If you're replacing a radiator, you're probably used to problems and you can handle them. Installing this item is no exception. Passenger side metal fan cowling requires hose plug cutting. No big deal, 2 minutes work with an angle grinder. The same fan doesn't fit the posts perfectly and needs to be trimmed at a mounting tab to make room for the screw - this also requires an oversized washer. At this point there are no leaks and it fits the car but needs a little modification - but then again if you can replace the radiator you can modify it to fit. I would buy again if it doesn't wear out over time.
