We've wanted to update our patio railing for a long time. My friend did it and it cost $1500. Ouch! My husband found this device online. We're on the coast, so we need stainless steel. For her deck, just ONE set of spanners and tip is $70. We need about 20! But buy a cable. We bought these and were very pleased. For $500 and that's wire, we can build both a patio and a staircase. We only recently bought this but be careful who you buy this from. I thought I got it from the same seller but I didn't and it arrived on a slow boat from China and won't be here for the next 2-3 weeks. When we ordered it, it arrived quickly!
