Battery lasted two uses
I loved this hair clipper the first time I used it, especially the fact that it worked right out of the box. But after just two uses - a month apart - I took it out and it died. It could only be used from the mains and even after I charged it to 100%, the moment I unplugged the clippers the battery showed up as empty. So now it only works from the mains and even with a very short charging cable. Very disappointed and hope I can get in touch with their support team. Shocked and disappointed.
