Maybe I got lucky. My chair arrived safely and on time. The color is more orange than red. Easy to assemble. I work a lot, sometimes sit 12 hours a day. So I needed a chair that would be comfortable for extended use. I got this because of the mesh back and the warranty. I can improve the reels but it spins and rolls easily. My biggest complaint is the lack of how-to documentation. But as another reviewer said, just learn what all the levers and knobs do to adjust the chair. Mine has synchronous tilt and back angle adjustment. This means more adjustments need to be made to find the right position. I would recommend the best shipping packaging. But so far happy with the purchase. Not cheap but feels solid.
