Great product - bad experience
I have several IOGEAR KVM switches and they all work great. But there were some problems with that. I have two desktops; a Vista, an XP and both desktops can barely find a keyboard or mouse after waking up from sleep mode. Sometimes I can put the device back to sleep and have it wake up again and the workstation is back to normal. In other cases, the workstation wakes up with no keyboard or mouse working, and the only solution is to cold boot the system. Also, using KVM itself will cause the graphics driver to stop working in Vista. This is most likely a problem with the Vista or nVideoa drivers. But in general this makes KVM almost useless.
- Reprogrammable hotkey activation for keyboards without a scroll lock button.
