Review on High-Quality DELTA RP46074 Tub Shower Cartridge - Durable, White Finish by Dave Moody

This is a spare part for our Delta shower cartridge. According to the Delta video, the old cartridge should pop out and the new one slide in with no difficulty and it should take about 5 minutes. Well, nothing goes according to plan and this was no exception. We could not remove the old part. It ended up breaking in the middle and we literally had to pick out plastic and metal! After two hours we removed it, but in the end the pipe leaked! So if you try this, make sure you DO NOT separate the two at all costs. Keep moving even if it takes forever. I don't know if we had some weird braces that he put in, but they were tight. Can't fault this piece - it goes perfectly with our shower, just got the old one out. Much luck! :)
