These brackets allow you to mount items in the Leviton closet. In my case I attach terminal blocks to them, not for their intended purpose. My caveat is that they are terribly expensive for what they are. They are made of light metal, some more brittle than others. It's easy to imagine that they cost $1 or $2 each. On the other hand, they work well. I ordered one from Revain last week for $9.76. It worked so upon receipt I went back to order three more but the price was increased to $13.88. After 24 hours of debating I went ahead and ordered them. Today, just a week after my first order, I wanted to buy ten more and Revain quoted a price of $15.04. So today I bought a ten direct from Leviton for $9.74 each. Shipping was $7, but that's still a savings of about $40 compared to Revain.
