The material makes it valuable.

Recently, many charging cables use rubber as the outer material. But since I'm using this nylon material to the touch, not only does it feel more durable, it's flexible and won't wrinkle the curve of the cable when wrapped with rubber bands in storage. This really is a great cable to use.
