Review on 🚴 ME-706 Marcy Recumbent Exercise Bike with Adjustable Seat, Pulse Monitor, and Transport Wheels - Boost Your Workout Routine! by Kevin Johnson

Everyday use, one hour a day - love it

I've just recovered from a knee prosthesis and needed an exercise bike to get back in shape. I looked at some of the more expensive models but my wife persuaded me to buy the cheaper one until I realized I would use it all the time. I found a Marcy ME-706 and it seemed to fit the bill perfectly. It wasn't too difficult to assemble, taking about an hour and a half (I assembled it myself and an extra pair of hands would have made this job easier). good shot). I don't remember having any trouble following the instructions and there weren't any really difficult sections. It was more difficult for me to remove all the packaging material from the bike than to put it together. I park my bike in our home gym and put my game console on top of the TV in the same room. I've been riding my bike for about an hour every day for the past two months. The bike has a good area of very smooth drag and is almost silent when running. The only complaint I have is that the seat wasn't very comfortable for long trips. I bought a memory foam seat made for a rowing machine and it seems to work great. The bike has a large number of pre-programmed exercises and to be honest they are perfect for my needs. For the record, I'm a fairly tall guy (6'2", 270 pounds) and had no trouble adjusting the seat to my physique. The bike feels very solid with just a few small creaks when moving I'm suddenly moving. I originally planned to get this as a short term test case to see if I would actually use the bike. I was planning on replacing it with a more advanced model if my test goes well. But um to be honest this bike is perfect for me and i have no plans to trade it anytime soon!
