Very easy to set up. The range of motion is limited compared to bending the arm, but still allows for very easy height adjustment, pivoting and pivoting. The reason for the low rating is due to the advertised load capacity of 19.8lb. My monitors weigh about 18 pounds each. These are 34-inch widescreen monitors and the number of puffs you have to take is ridiculous. I was finally able to secure the monitors in place but it looks like the brackets are loosening from the mounting screws and yet over time I noticed that the top monitor was still slowly moving down. To be honest I'm concerned about the long term and these aren't cheap monitors. I think they're great for anything 15-16lbs or lighter, but if you're something around 17-18lbs I'd recommend trying to find something else. The base also takes up quite a bit of desk space, just fair warning.
