WASTE Hair Care in Hair Care

I should have guessed the price but it sucks. VERY thin material. Doesn't even protect my customers from getting wet let alone chemicals. I can literally see through them. Also, half had cheap velcro straps and the other half had an even cheaper elastic strap that I have no idea how to use. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more with a provider. Lesson learned.
