Good filter for transmission filters and accessories
I wanted to add an additional transmission filter to filter out finer particles than the standard filter. This filter worked great with the Trans-Dapt 1028 Single Filter Move Bracket, replacing the Trans-Dapt recommended Fram PH8A. This is a true hydraulic filter and should be used as a transmission filter, not an engine oil filter, and an engine oil filter should not be used to filter transmission oil.
