Pleasantly surprised. I have a couple of helmets from other well known brands that are almost identical but I really wanted one in white so I ordered this one. He arrived right on time. One of the first things that caught my attention was that it is significantly LIGHTER than my other almost identical helmets. Also, unlike others, this one has a goggle strap on the back and most of the lining can be easily detached with snaps. This made it a lot easier to install the speaker/bluetooth system on my helmet and MUCH easier to hide the speaker and mic wires. The chin straps seem to be of better quality than my other helmet brands and of course I immediately fitted the Echo quick release buckle. There were no problems with the installation either. In the box was a much better quality helmet bag than I've seen before and a very nice quality mesh.
