We ordered these a few weeks ago and have already used them with great fanfare for our guests. They are original, elegant and definitely a conversation starter. When we received the package, we found that one of them was broken on the handle. We were disappointed because we were going to use them this weekend and thought we'd have to send them back. I contacted Ethan from Scorponik USA, a marketplace provider. He replied immediately (and I mean immediately), apologizing for the broken one and offering to replace the whole set without forcing me to return the original order first. All I can say is that not every supplier is as accommodating and responsive as Scorponik USA. . A few days later I had my glasses replaced and our dinner party went smoothly. Thanks Ethan! you saved the day Now I'm thinking about replacing my champagne glasses with the ones I have at the Scorponik store. I know the product is high quality and the seller is responsive. What more do you want? Why can't all salespeople be like that?
