Review on Enhance Your Vehicle's Performance with GM Genuine Parts 89059275 Transfer Case Four Wheel Drive Actuator and Encoder Motor by Robert Jackson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

20 minutes, 4 screws and TRUE

My 4x4 broke down in my 2006 outrider. The Chevy dealer said $500 for the part + labor, 2 hours. lol I watched 11x YouTube videos and they supported more than 2-3 major fixes, each was a separate part. I then found a forum where one person went through each one starting with the cheapest solution. This was the most expensive. They were all bent because it was the actual repair/part most people needed and the only one that worked, so I bit the bullet and bought the most expensive one. These are 4 screws that are fairly easy to access. Just raise the front end, put in the jacks (don't trust your jack, Jack, unless you want the sprat to be flat), then remove the bolts, the old part, and you're all set the opposite. I can't remember what torque setting I used on yours. 20 minutes later bingo, I roll again, just before the next snow. Hello5
