This has certainly helped reduce the guilt of disposable tableware. Spoon, fork, knife were strong and nothing broke. And they were all attractive, I'm embarrassed to set the table with them. The knife worked perfectly as a serrated knife. The spoon is ok, but I served soup and it wasn't a soup spoon (to be honest, a plastic spoon will never make soup anytime soon). We made do with what we had and it was great. The most important thing for me: the fork. It worked great as a fork, but I could taste the wood/bamboo in every bite and it was just weird. If I were to pay attention, I would choose something like a biodegradable material that looks more "plastic".
