Review on Hawaiian Halter Dress for Girls - Blue Sunset by Jon Ashra

Ordered 1 size up based on the reviews I've read. Actually the reviews should order 2 sizes bigger but my daughter is quite small for her age. The top itself is not too big. Only the top falls too low on her chest. It actually fits her pretty well, but doesn't sit high enough. It should be under her armpits, but I have to tie it very tightly so it goes up high enough. And she hates being tied up so tight.
