This goes perfectly with my Hampton Bay ceiling fan model AC-552. Four key points that will make life easier for other do-it-yourselfers. 1) In my fan model, it was in the "Light Kit" on the bottom of the fan. You may be able to remove the lighting kit without removing the entire fan from the ceiling and semi-disassembling the motor like I did. :) 2) Pay attention to the soft double sided tape on the old capacitor. In my photo, the new capacitor is on the left and the new one is on the right. You should put something on top of the new capacitor, something like that.
