One morning before I drove to work I had a large puddle of oil under my truck. After returning from work, I popped the hood and let the car idle. I traced the oil flow and realized it was the ICP sensor. I took it off and saw why the oil control ring was leaking so badly. I installed this sensor and have been using it for a little over a month and this vehicle is not my daily driver. As a result, more than 2 liters of oil leaked out of my car. The sensor replaces the OEM sensor if your OEM sensor fails, but if you buy one, go to an auto parts store and buy a higher quality o-ring.
