Review on 🔷 Blue KPHJ720PRO Pocket-Hole Jig - Professional-grade Kreg Jig 720 by Orlando Mohr

I was very happy to receive an email that it was available and I ordered immediately. I've been a Kreg user for a long time and have used/owned almost every product they have. The concept is great initially and I was excited to be able to autotune. I'm having issues with the build quality and subsequent quality control that was included in the final build. It's advertised to work with 1 1/2" wood, but I noticed a large gap when cocking, which caused the corner and drill bit to drill through the top of the drill guides. Speaking of drill guides, Craig replaced the aluminum drill guides with plastic which, having found black plastic specks in my sawdust, makes me question the durability of this part. The next problem I have is related to the hinges on the wings. They are made of very thin plastic and easily fall out when carried from one place to another. The clips holding the wings are thin and pop out easily. In general, what could have been good left a lot to be desired. I will wait until they make changes and release model 2.0
