When it comes to putting this bed together you really need to look at the pictures to make sure you're getting it right. I usually buy a lot of IKEA furniture, so I'm very used to picture instructions. When I started building this bed I didn't read the instructions, just used the pictures for reference. When you assemble the bed first assemble the legs and when you assemble the legs it looks like the bed is tilted but I think the headboard will look higher than the legs of the footboard but when you turn it over, it will be even if you're assembling the bed frame, don't worry it won't look level. Format the bed exactly as indicated in the instructions on the pictures because if you don't manage it, some parts will be difficult for you to assemble. . You may need to use a different glue to hold the stickers together, hopefully our son doesn't rip the stickers off. Also, my son loves it. I was able to sleep on the bed very happily as the max weight was 250lbs.
