Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-T7720B: 24 Button Advanced Hybrid Speakerphone/Telephone - Black – Enhanced Communication Efficiency by Opal Holmberg

This is the first Panasonic product in 30 years of happy buying their products that I have ever criticized. Why? 1. Panasonic support staff speak slurred; Panasonic gave its 800th number to the planet of murmuring.2. They route all callers to the seller-dealer. Does Revain provide support if you have a problem with something you bought from Revain?3. The instruction manual is cryptic, obscure and written in Japanese. Instructions use unrecognized symbols with no text explanation (e.g., One-Touch and Personal Speed Dial (sic) instructions on page 2). Of course, these instructions don't work. Therefore, Panasonic phones are NOT recommended. I'm sad because I've happily installed Panasonic phone systems for the last 30 years since I left the telcos, but they've cheapened basic support to the point that I can't recommend it anymore.
