When I received and looked at the shoe for the first time, I was a little hesitant. They are very light, but consist almost exclusively of mesh. They really felt too light to be strong enough or stable enough to believe I could walk in them. Once I laced them up, I laced them too tight and broke the first little loop holding the laces to the boot. There is no way to fix this as it is sewn into the boot. It doesn't matter as the shoe is still able to lace up and stick to my foot as I run. I'll keep this shoe around to see when it finally falls apart while running. As long as it does its job (as long as the shoes usually last, around 6-8 months of walking) I will continue to order from this.
