Review on πŸ”§ 8 Inch Keyless Pistol Drill by DEWALT DWD110K by Pete Norris

This is fantastic exercise!

I got this remanufactured drill for $40. It got to me in less than 48 hours after I clicked the submit order button. Manual. Underneath the main body there is an 'R' for 'refurbished' melted into the rubber of the body, so it really is rebuilt and not new, but that was the only way I could tell it wasn't new. The website says they have trigger sensitivity issues. I have no idea what problems these people were having as I could have this thing spinning at 1/2 RPM if I wanted to. It's very smooth. I got it on Thursday. That same day I started unscrewing the old rusty screws holding the old fence together. With this drill, if the screw didn't come out, it broke, no questions asked. Today we pulled out more screws and then started mounting new wood with new screws. This drill would have driven a screw right through the fence board if I wasn't careful. It's very powerful. It's also very quiet. Anyone who complains about the noise of this drill has never used Ryobi. My dad's Riobi got so hot he didn't have to use it anymore. I took over that drill and finished the screws he couldn't do with his ryobi. By my count we removed 800 old screws and installed 800 new ones. How do I get this number? We made 200 boards per fence and each board has 4 screws, 2 on top, 2 on bottom. This drill did the job with ease. It was 8 hours of continuous use within 24 hours after the drill arrived at the door. In fact, I sorely tested this thing and it amazed me and my dad. It's worth the full $60 new price. I had it refurbished for $40 (essentially brand new with an "R" on the case). My dad builds houses, helped me and said this is the smoothest drill he has ever used. He put his ryobi away and used my drill when I wasn't using it. This exercise was also faster than his ryobi. He also kept dropping the crosshead from the keyless chuck. We lost it in the leaves so many times that I finally found it with a metal detector. This Dewalt hasn't dropped a bit of his keyless chuck all day. I kept commenting that I can't believe I bought this drill for $40. I'm still at a loss. I'm still waiting for the cops to knock on my door and arrest me for theft because in fact I stole this thing.
