Pros: - I have worn several masks for allergies and this is the best for comfortable breathing during exercise. - Filter/valve interchangeability is excellent - the nose clip and mask are made of durable materials. - I love that I can buy a wide range of replacement filters for this mask - The fabric (not the filter) is machine washable Cons: - The headgear doesn't fit me at all. I'm not sure if it's the shape of my head or the arrangement of my hair. After several different hairstyles failed to keep this mask in place I simply cut off the back strap and added an elastic band to make the ear loops. Now this is the perfect allergy mask. I use this mask for walking, jogging, martial arts training, weapon training and even dance classes when allergen levels are high. I can breathe easily in this mask and when I can see how the valves work I know I have the right seal. This is very handy for an allergy mask and I love that I can change the filters while washing the fabric piece. It took a little work but now this is my favorite mask.
