Not working

I lost my existing Inspire HR charger so it was important to get a new one quickly. I was happy to receive two chargers, including one with a longer cable. Unfortunately, the one with the long chord didn't work at all, and the one with the shorter one charged me up to 60% and stopped working. Very disappointing. I will look for the same product from another seller.
