General experience I've had very bad experiences with it. My experience with auto echo is much better. You can't reply to messages with it, because you can auto-echo. Yes you can call but not send a message. You can only send messages to those who have the "Alexa app". Otherwise, you cannot send them a message like in Echo Auto. I would say that more than half the time she doesn't respond to the Word of Awakening at all. In the morning, when it's cold, charging is useless, the arms do not open more than 2 mm. The phone does not connect at all. You have to wait until it gets warmer. It doesn't interact well with the Alexa app. On a few occasions I say "Alexa call". and she responds by saying "ringing". but never calls. I've tried three times to contact iOttie and still haven't received a response. I highly recommend getting an Echo device and a regular wireless car charger. And don't spend extra money to get a combo.
