Very thin capes suitable for hair clipping tools

These capes are very small and thin. They have no buttons, they have an elastic band with hooks around the neck. They work as a last resort for dry cuts or baby cuts. They are also very small. One of them didn't have a rubber band around his neck, just ties. Very strange.
