The pictures show a replacement set that was sent to me after the first one stopped working. To tell the full story, the first set made a ridiculously loud engine rumble that was literally deafening. This is mentioned in other reviews and is an absolute fact. After my second cut the blades stopped cutting and instead started pulling the hair, this is also mentioned in other reviews and is an absolute fact. The second set they sent me didn't even have the screws holding the two pieces together. Unfortunately, when I first cut my hair, the two pieces separated, exposing the innards, including the engine. Not an expert, but that strikes me as very dangerous and obviously pathetic quality control. I work with companies that help them with their online reputation so I know how important reviews are. I almost never leave negative reviews, except in situations where it's really rude. Take what you want, but if you ignore any negative reviews about this product, you do so at your own risk.
