Review on InkInk Remanufactured Cartridge Deskjet Printers by Nick Howard

This is the second time I have bought this product and the first one worked fine. When I installed this second one, the printer said the black cartridge was damaged or installed incorrectly. I've reinstalled it several times to make sure the protective strip on the lid is removed and I can't get it to work. UPDATE: The company contacted me and replaced the product even though it was already expired. They told me I didn't use it for the period I was supposed to use it and it died. I will buy more cartridges from them.
