They work well and don't cause skin problems (I can be sensitive to certain products). I'm only taking off one star because sometimes they don't fully degrade in the washing machine and leave clumps of detergent after washing. One method I've found to solve this problem is to break the body of the capsule before throwing it in the washing machine. Since I started using it I haven't had any more problems.
