Review on πŸ”ͺ Unleash Culinary Excellence with the Miracle Blade III Perfection Series 11-Piece Cutlery Set by Kim Young

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The good, the bad, the embarrassing.

Bought these as a little Christmas gift for a kitchen that has a couple of worn knives. I still feel it was a good deal overall. The good ones are damn sharp. Serious. Be careful. If, like me, you're used to working on boring things, just take it slow. All the knives I received were equally sharp. Most of them are well done. I have them and have been using them mostly for the past 6 months or so. I had neither "decay" nor "rust". and I wash them in the dishwasher because no one has time for that. I remember some rust reports. I admit there are some water stains but no rust. There is a decent selection in this set but the steak knives are amazing. I would fight a zombie horde with two of them and emerge victorious. They are perfectly balanced and suitable for everything from vegetables to meat and so on. Even after 6 months they produce perfect tomato slices. This is my test of champions. Bad-The Chop & Scoop and Rock & Chop, as mentioned in another review, are so badly weighted and clunky that I don't use them. I have an Archaic Miracle Blade set which of the equivalents I'm using instead. Those two knives are dumb. And I would like to use 2 steak knives in the future. These two knives are difficult to control, difficult to use and fair. such a bad design. These are obviously cheaper knives, not the prettiest, but who cares about a nice knife when what's on the plate is nice. Overall I'm still happy with the purchase for this price. I gave 4 stars because, as I said, 2 knives are useless to me, but how well they worked and what shape they are in is totally consistent with the 4 stars in my book.
