Review on Thetford 31705 Aqua Magic Toilet Assembly by Micah Manus

I ordered this valve to replace an original valve that was cracked and leaking. After assembly, it flowed where the fitting was attached to the valve body. So I have to agree with other reviewers the quality is poor but what are our options? Revain was very supportive and sent a replacement. I hope it lasts. I think I'll install a built-in faucet so we can turn off the water in the toilet ourselves. I feel sorry for the people whose van got flooded. The attached photo shows how I modified the lead. The rigid Plexiglas tubing was putting pressure on the valve, so I shortened the line, added a check valve, and hooked it up to a flexible faucet.
