I was a bit apprehensive at first because of the cheap looks, but for the price and the rave reviews it was worth the risk. I use 2 of these pumps (as of 7/20/17), both with 3/4" adapters, both pump through a 5ft hose, both set to max flow and both work GREAT. I use them both to pump water .to my main aquarium from the sump.They replaced a heavy duty Sicce Syncra 10 (2550 GPH) pump that I had messed up.over 19% the cost (as of 7/27/17), uses less than 22% electricity, runs 99% quieter , comes with MANY adapters and disassembles in seconds with no tools Specs, performance, adapters for a FAST start and price can't be beat as of 7/20/17 I highly recommend this :)
