Review on Delta Children Abby Toddler Bianca by Carlos Krueger

We bought this bed and my daughter was very happy dad made it. He got to the third build when we noticed that the parts were either cut incorrectly or the wrong holes were pre-drilled. We couldn't make up the bed. I called Delta Children's customer service and received a message telling me to email the company due to the surge in orders due to the pandemic. I sent a detailed email explaining my problem and specifying the style and lot number. The response I received had nothing to do with my stated problem and recommended I buy a bed rail from their website. It looks like they didn't even read my letter. I replied that there was a misunderstanding and that I bought a defective product. I have had no response to this email and have only received a response when I emailed again to say I am returning an item and am disappointed with the customer service. I realize everyone is crazy and busy right now, but the last thing I expected was a reply to my second email saying there had been a misunderstanding.
