Although the crinoline skirt I ordered was a little big in the waist and a little long to wear, I ended up sending it back - the product itself was great. It was a really first class crinoline. I've ordered a few different ones from different vendors but Malco was definitely the best of them all. The layers were perfect, the amount of down was exactly as advertised and I actually felt quite comfortable trying it on. I don't think it would be necessary to slip underneath if you weren't sitting a lot. Rest assured, if you need a crinoline or petticoat, Malco has you covered. And no, I wasn't paid or given any goods in exchange for a review.
