I love the size and shape of these molds. I use them to make gelatin snacks - all organic, sugar free, diabetic. I find that the material is a bit flimsy, or there are too many pieces on the mold to pop out intact. I have to freeze them and then they separate easily. I use grass-fed health food beef gelatin, red ginger tea, lime juice, and sometimes cherry juice and rose water. They come out great and strict dieters love them.
