THE LID IS BROKEN; DIFFICULT TO REMOVE
After only a few weeks the cap broke and it was always very difficult to unscrew the cap. Due to arthritis in my hands, I had to ask my husband to unscrew the lid and even he struggled. I ordered another lid in hopes of saving on using this vacuum mug. Keeps the coffee hot for a long time.
