I have very wide feet and wear insoles to correct my foot. The underside of the tongue where it's glued started cutting into my leg to the point I had to stop wearing it. There was no way to get it out of the way. This is probably only an issue for people with big feet, but I had to remove the insoles. Now I use them to dress and undress to run outside to the mailbox or take out the trash.
