Review on 🪑 Mahogany Wood Restaurant Chair with School House Back - Flash Furniture HERCULES Series by Angie Love

This chair can be very pretty. The color is beautiful. It's red-red. So if that's not what you're looking for, don't get this chair. The chair is solid and the seat is really comfortable. It's a lot smaller than it looks though, and there's no reason they can't just place a picture of a person next to a chair so you can get the right perspective. Almost like a child's chair. I'm giving it one star because it was badly damaged. As others have said, I had some minor scuffs and scratches due to the packaging. I can live with it. But when assembling, they overdid it with a screw, and it literally split the tree in two (see photo). There is no return for this type of damage, the wooden part must be replaced. They shouldn't have any quality control as you can't help but notice. Also, what about the clerk who cut the firewood in half and kept working? It says a lot about this company that they ship the product in this condition. I want to keep this chair because it's durable, but I will only do so if the seller sends me a new mount or gives me a discount because I have to hunt for split wood for years. If the seller responds to my request I will change the rating otherwise I would give it a 4. It would get a 5 if the chair was honestly pictured as it really is.
