I am very good with tools, electronics and closet lighting. This is a NIGHTMARE to install. Go to KIWI Lights instead. The zip ties won't let even one piece of Romex 14-2 through, let alone two, so you'll have to buy 3/4 inch heat shrink tubing and add a lot of fiddling time. The appeal of using existing cables made me try these devices, but I will never buy them again. Wasted time on my calipers and calculations on which bolts work. It really pisses me off when a manufacturer so blatantly misrepresents their product that when you do your homework and buy a product, you feel confident that when you receive it and realize that you are being misrepresented by the royal due to their dishonesty Pain of the product you need stuck install. Please learn from my difficulties.
